Finally… Today is the first day of Spring! After a long, dark winter, the Northern Hemisphere is now pointing towards the sun and the days are getting longer. By the end of March, the days will be longer than the nights! These are some of the things I’ve been buying this month and buy regularly! You may have noticed the new account name and more wellness content lately! After working in the wellness & beauty industry now for over five years and having a personal passion for natural health & healing, last year I decided to retrain as a Naturopathic Health Coach with @collegeofnaturopathicmedicine. I started the course in November and really enjoying it all so far. I should qualify by the beginning of Autumn this year 🥳 Just a reminder to you on International Women’s Day, don’t doubt how amazing you are and how much you have achieved! Did you know, citrus has been shown to induce a feeling of calm and reduce stress and anxiety? The scent from lemon zest, orange peel & grapefruits has uplifting benefits, by impacting the limbic system which governs our emotions. Is your skin feeling dull and dry? This weather isn’t helping at all is it? To achieve glowing skin, products are great, but there’s a lot we can do to promote a healthy glow and renew our skin naturally, by being mindful about what we eat.
